Gerade richtig eben.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Sweet caramellish malt aroma, almost candy-like. Medium body, again lots of sweet caramel malt and these bonbon notes from almost perfumy hops. Subdued bitterness. Nice alright. 140212

Bottle, thanks to fonefan. It pours a creamy, off-white head of moderate size over a clear, pale amber body. The aroma has some honey, along with caramel and a grassy, lightly spiced hoppyness. The flavor has no honey, but there’s some distinct sweetness I don’t recognize. Caramel and bitterness too, some grassy, lightly piney hop flavors. Full to medium body, smooth and lightly warming. A bit too alcoholic in the end, warming both throat and mouth. Well, not that it’s bad, but it’s far from being my favorite bock. 120211

Bottle. Red amber, fine carbonation, foamy golden head. Caramel sweet, berrylike and light herbal aromas. Fairly lightbodied and somewhat onedimensional malt base, light berries, roasted caramel, a hint smoke, orangepeels on the back. Herbal hop finish and aftertaste.

Caramel-foxy beer with retreating yellowish head. Caramel, sweet bread, even honey, garden herbs. Sweet flavours, but not overly sweet, ending in an earthy, near-bitterish finish. Gives an immediate very carbonated MF, quite slick, rather well-bodied. Not cloying. Decent, if not spectacular Bockbier. Not too sweet, which is always good IMO.

Bottle, 6.8%. Sweet aroma of dark sugar. Almost clear dark copper colour, small head. The flavour is nicely peppery balanced by sweetness. A bit dusty and quite malty. Nicely warming alcohol.

An amber beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by berries. The flavor is sweet with a strong malt presence - as well as a strong rye bread note, leading to a slightly acidic end. I find the body a bit thin.
