DIPA brewed with heaps of flaked oats and flaked wheat. Hopped with a ridiculous amount of Australian Galaxy. Super saturated with flavors of passionfruit, green papaya, dank pineapple, and mango nectar.

12 oz draft. Let me say that galaxy is not my favorite hop at all. Flavor has a good cracker / bread and oak background to help balance the lightly fruity, strong pine / resin like character. Mouthfeel is nice and supple. As it warmed I did get tropical fruit. Just a touch stronger in Pine/ resin that I want personally.

Canned 4/6/26, drunk 5/1/26.
Lots of spruce-like character. Intense, peppery, acidic pineapple. Light earth, light chalk. So, basically every Galaxy IPA ever these days. Not all that round, juicy, bright. Mostly just austere and resinous. Malts seem good and fluffy, with white bread and biscuit to help soften the blow. Lingering heavy herb. No alcohol noted.
Much better than expected in the mouth, though. Not a mouthfeel of astringent, chalky, earthy spruce and hop acid. Light and fruity watermelon, passion fruit, white wine, red grapefruit and a soft, balancing malt that shows good depth but isn't too sweet. That watermelon-passionfruit flavor up front is to-die-for. Finish is rather short, per the strong drying character of the Galaxy.

Draught @ Carmine Street Beers, NY. Sweetish, smooth and juicy tropical fruity with some herbal notes, pine and floral hoppiness. Pretty.good.

Mango and icing sugar. Green onion. Murky yellow pour. Tangy end with some booze. Tap at Dirty Truth.
