Bottle, 6.5%. Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, smokes, meat, toasted and wheat. Flavour is malt, caramel, smoke, meat, wheat, yeast, medium sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are smoke, malt, hops, fruits, maple and has a nice smoky finish.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Moderate bitter finish. Average light bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Fläschken: Deep golden, hazy, medium-sized and slowly collapsing off-white head, mild to moderate sweet toasty-wheaty nose, dried fruits and cookies well detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a very mild acidity underneath, quite full bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering and a bit drier sweet-fruity and toasty finish with a light fruity - as well - acidity in the aftertaste. Well drinkable stuff...

Bottle from Getränkefeinkost, Magdeburg. Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, fruity, yeasty and smoked. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 060817

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, deep golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly smoke-malty and slightly wheaty aroma with notes of candied fruits, apricots and caramel. Moderately sweet flavor with a tinge of sourness, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Cara-malty and mildly wheaty taste with notes of caramel, grilled bananas, apricots, as well as a certain amount of smoke-malt; medium-dry, fruity and mildly smokey finish. 330 ml bottle. Pours with a dark golden color and an off-white head. The nose is smoked bacon, nuts, caramel, malty. Taste is although smokey and reminds me on Islay Whisky. Some caramel and honey, cereals. An exeptional beer. Worth trying.
