Hazy light brown colour with fluffy head. Aroma from the bottle is quite smokey and meaty. From the glass it’s more muted and has a touch of yeast. Flavour is typically wheaty. There’s added sweetness from the maple.

BKL2017. Smoke and roast nut aroma, leafy/vegetal. Cloudy Amber, big golden foam. Medium light sticky sweet base, burned banana. Muddled, not super enjoyable

0,33 l bottle from Craft Beer Kontor Hannover. Unclear golden with an huge white head. Smokey bacon on the nose. Taste starts with banana, chewing gum and sulfur. Present alcoholic in the background but also smooth. Dry fruitieness. Really nice!

21-03-17 // 330ml bottle. pours a light light hazy golden beer with a small head. Light banana in the nose. Taste is a typical weizenbock, yeasty banana flavours, light smoky notes, some caramel sweetness, maybe maple. Interesting.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer großen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Hefe, reife süße Banane. Geschmack süß bananig, Karamell, Hefe.
