Santa knows who’s been naughty and who’s been nice. This is one seriously naughty but nice beer.
Santa’s Little Helper, our Imperial Stout, starts with an emphasis on dark cocoa and roasted coffee aromatics. The finish lends hints of sweet crystal malt, warming tones of alcohol and a touch of hops, making a perfect accompaniment to leftover fruit cake and sugar cookies.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with big and stable tan head. Clear aroma of roast and coffee, with notes of malt and yeast. Roasty and coffeelike flavour with notes of yeast and hops and touches of fruit. Roasty and coffeelike aftertaste. Well-balanced and decent.

Bottle, 10.5%. Minty aroma?! Black colour. Big stable brown head. The flavour is quite roasted and a little bready. Good mouthfeel. The alcohol is well-hidden, but a bit rough in the finish.

(Bottle) Pitch black colour with lasting, big, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with black rye bread, prunes, dark chocolate, orange peel, roasted chestnuts and spices. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, black rye bread, prunes, orange peel, nuts, spices and a generous cacao bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, quite sweet. Warming, hearty, very tasty, lovely!

Pours a nice black-brown from a bottle. Aroma of caramel and chocoalte, flavor is the same, although chocolate moves up. Tastes like melted ice cream with a bit of a boozy burn. Very sweet. Very good beer.
