Nose: super bright, brett forward, clean, hay. Palate: light body, hop forward, bitter, dry finish, not much acid. Good amount of sediment. After warming up, becomes more vinous.

Carby hoppy and sweet, lots of melon and lemon notes for sure, it's great but the name inspired more funk to me, hopefully my other bottle will age beautifully. The beer as it is is great, just wanted more age from something mentioning 12-24 month aged.
