Аромат очень кислый, это сразу ощущается. Конечно персики в основе, есть дикие дрожжи. Цвет желтый полу мутный. Вкус дико кислый, аж скулы сводят, есть намеки на виноград как будто. Немного жрожжей снова и сильная карбонизация.

Tap @MBCC 2024, Blue Session. Cloudy golden, white head. Malty, sweaty overripe peach aroma. Sourish flavour, more peach, a little vanilla perhaps, some rough funk.

Draught, taster. @Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2024, Copenhagen (Denmark). 10/05/2024 [#7.284 Global - #1.362 United States of America - #11 De Garde Brewing] Pours deep orange with a white head. Aroma: apricots, lacto, wood barrels and tart. Taste: apricots, lacto, peach yoghurt and a trace of vanilla. Very sour. Next one, please!

Rating number 7,600. Also, my 760th Top 50 beer rating! 375 ml corked and capped bottle. 6% ABV. Honey gold pour. Large creamy white head dissipates to a small ring. Tart aroma of oak and peach. Flavor is tangy and fruity. Obvious notes of peach flesh, skins and farmhouse funk. Quite sour, but not lingering. Finishes dry and yeasty.
