Sample from 50 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, bread and fruits. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes drying with fruits.

Bottle@Lars - Clear golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity and wheaty with some notes of lemon, some straw, hay, medium to light body, sweet malty backing, hoppy medium bitter finish.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is a touch moreish butter, grassy old world hops, hay, crackery strawy malts. Taste is super moreish butter with a bready malts, a touch straw, grassy hops, and the typical delicious Franconian softness. Natural carbonation. Excellent hoppy Kellerbier without losing focus for classicness. 7-4-7-4-15A much fresher bottle bought in Franconia. Full-on tropical fruit, lots of khakhi, very impressive! 7-4-8-4-15Poured by the brewer, properly fresh. Hersbrucker is just godlike. 8-4-8-4-16

Draft (Anstich - at Holy Grale Louisville). Cherry, apple, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice head. Moderately sweet berry/cherry, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body and balance. A great unfiltered beer with nice hops presence.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth’s pre GBBF Shindig, 07/08/16. Pale golden blonde with an off white covering. Nose is light fruit esters, straw, pale malts. Taste comprises toasted grains, orange rinds, melon, pale malts, floral notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average.

Hazy gold beer, good fluffy white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Light malts, thinnish but with that classic German nutty character. Mildly bready. Good floralness on the back end, slightly sweet. Trace of citrus. Light finish. Clean and quaffable.
