Our one-of-a-kind gueuze is a tradition-inspired blend of 1, 2, and 3 year old lambic-style ales. This gueuze delivers a complex sour ale with notes of oak and farmhouse funk contributed by the mature lambic and a lively acidity from the younger one. Our gueuze is bottled conditioned for a dry, sparkling experience three years in the making.
