Bottle shared by JK, thanks! Pours a slightly hazy dull yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has dry earthy apple with a touch of flora with a bit of a light funky note. Flavor has the same dry funky apple with a bit of a earthiness in the finish.

From a bottle, a 2024 cider, purchased in May 2026 at La Maripepa, Madrid, and opened late April, 2026. My first Basque product ever, as far as I know. Hazy pour, and given I only had the one bottle, I did not do the traditional pour from a height. Dry apple, yeast, and a florbal character. Dry throughout, apple skin and yeast. Low carbonation of course, which is fine. A unique beverage.

Bottle (as Sidra Natural, 6%, old pre-2020 rating). Hazy yellow colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is citrus, some mild green apples with some sulphur and mild earthy tones. Flavour is tart floral and citrusy tones with a mild green apples. Dry finish.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty grape skins, light funk, and a bit of champagne-like mustiness. Flavour is on the tart side, with musty apple skins, apple core, medium tartness, and only light funk. Not a lot of depth or complexity, but the apple comes out nicely. Good stuff.

Barrel at a random restaurant in Valencia. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich sour apples, fruits, citrus and has a nice sour finish. Great cider.

375ml bottle from Beer Zoo. Pours a hazy yellow gold colour with no head and aroma of tangy apple, funk. Taste is sour apple, vinegar hint, citric rind, with some funky and tannic notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at Taste of London. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is tart, apple skin, pear, powdery and gooseberry. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, tart, apple skin, tannin, touch of acidity, white grape skin, touch of mouth - pucker witbba firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Firmly dry and tart. No nonscence. Tasty stuff.
