Bottle at anti-carnavalstasting 2020. Clear darker golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste are quite dusty initially, but after a while it gets better and a nice pleasant bitterness comes through on top of a solid malt base. Alright.

Bottle @ Hopfen und Malz, Berlin. Pours amber copper with a small creamy white head. Nutty and caramelly with a good grassy and floral hop appearance. Its crisp and dry with a fairly dry bitter finish. Soft mouthfeel. Excellent

Schanzenbräu Kehlengold, Flasche aus dem Brauereiverkauf. - Helleres Goldbraun, kaum trüb. - In der Nase appetitlich getreidig-brotiges, leicht toastiges helles Malz und aromatische hopfenwürzige Herbe. - Antrunk satt getreidig-brotig malzig mit feiner Toastnote (Brotkruste), Haselnuß und frischer krautiger Hopfenherbe. Milder rezent, leicht mineralisch, schön gerstig hart. Im Abgang knackig hopfenherb. Langer, leicht erdiger Nachtrunk. - Kernig malziges und knackig gehopftes Frankenlager, hervorragend. (25.5.2019.)

Slightly hazy light medium amber color. Very bready minerally nose. Clean, maltiness, but probably a bit too hoppy for the style and I found it not as balanced. Ultimately comes off ok. But nose was th best part

Murky brownish. Aroma is hibiscus yeast brown honey some fruityness. Taste is a bit squeaky sweetness with herbal hops. Yeasty and grainy on the tongue. Flowery finish. Tasty.

50cl bottle. A almost clear amber beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of dry mild caramelish malt, grains. Taste of caramelish malt, dry hops, straw, medium bitterness, okay!

Draught: Very deep golden, hazy, creamy and persistent off-white head, barnyardy and grainy nose, earthy hops in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft, almost medium bodied; slightly lingering herbal-grainy finish. O.K. ...
