Cask at HopDog anniversary with the Munich crew! Thx Gregor! Hazy golden body, thick white head. Lightly flowery, bit herbal and somewhat minty aroma. Grainy taste, flowery, somewhat minerally, there are some herbal notes, but there is a very light touch of apples as well. A bit dry. Nice, imperfect, but that might be a part of the charm for these.

500ml bottle from the Wine Seller, Crompton: out of date when brought and drank in the afternoon sunshine in my back garden on 24th May 2023. Very slight haze to the golden body, white head. Leaning towards malty sweet, but with some hop action for bitterness towards the finish. Decent enough Kellerbier.

Clear orange beer, small creamy and slightly irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: yeasty touch up front, quite some banana notes, a bit fruity, very malty, lots of diacetyl, very buttery. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very malty, grains, a little bitter, diacetyl, gentle bitterness, meh. Aftertaste: malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, more diacetyl coming through, not a fan of this one.

Tap at Hopdog, Munich, 25th January 23. Pours an oily golden clear beer. Aroma is biscuit, yeast, light caramel. Taste is mellow, yeast, smooth, biscuit and light yeasty. Very good

Tap at HopDog. Clear dark golden. Mineral fruit and cold. Taste is fresh, a bit chewy, front heavy, but also very round. A decent beer.
