Draught @ Meisterstück, Münich. Aroma is odd and musty with herbal tones. A bit foamy palate. Flavour has herbal tones, some minerals and malt. Easy-going but then again a bit mellow. Not the most typical helles.

Bottle at the brewpub, 15/07/17. Very light haze on a golden pour with a well presented white head. Nose is lemon rind, orange squash, bread dough, fresh grass, light hops. Taste comprises toasted grains, freshly cut grass, lemon drizzle, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent hoppy Helles ... clean and refreshing.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Klare goldene Farbe, große weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch mild hopfig, trocken, Heu. Geschmack mild hopfig, Citrusfrüchte, grasig, Heu, nett.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is flour, citrus pips and lemon juice. Taste is smooth buttery bitterness with sourness, perfectly balanced. Easy to drink not water. Good.

Aroma of candy, citrus, guave, sourish fruit notes, some flowers.
Tastes pretty similar.
Finishes a bit dry, a bit spicy, fruity, floral, a bit sweet.
Nice one. Well hopped, light bodied Lager, but with slight sourish notes I don’t like too much. Still drinks really fresh, overall above average for the style.

Tap. Golden color with big white head. Aroma is grassy hops, pineapples, some fresh fruit salad, grapes, some pale malts. Taste is grassy, pineapples, fruit salad again, a touch of cream. Soft oily mouthfeel. Good!

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and medium-sized foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit, hints of elderflowers and herbal spice, backed by mildly pale malt. Mildly bitter-sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim malty base with traces of white bread and present fruity, mainly citric and slightly spicy hoppy notes; dry and a tad slim malty and mildly hop bitter finish with refreshing fruity and slightly spicy accents and a whiff of cereals in the aftertaste.
