14 September 2020. At Santa Maria Craft Pub, Verona. Shared with the lovely Anke! Hazy yellow with a lasting, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of lime, wheat, clove, vague mint, white pepper, cold pasta sauce, thyme perhaps. Taste has sour lime & lemon, sweetish apple with bitter hints of herbs & clove in a yoghurty, bready malty body. Floral hoppy finish, wheaty, spicy with more lime. Mango remains all but hidden. Medium body, slick-soapy texture, average carbonation. Not entirely my thing but it's well-made.
