Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a smallish, roughish off-wite head. nose has some underlying tofeeish malt, but is dominated by what smells like stale, old, oxidized hops . cheesy and oniony. A smell so off-putting, that you don't really want to taste the beer. Rich, sweet and caramelly with a lowish carbonation. But the oniony hops are still there. Bitter finish. 120122

Bottle. Clear golden body with a huge, foamy off-white head. Mild aroma of vegetables, fruit and caramel. Taste is rather neutral, not much of anything, some sweet malt, hint of petroleum and moderate bitterness.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, redd-ish, amber colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, pale sulphureous head. Slightly muggy, sweaty, resinous and citrusy, hoppy aroma, hints of tangerine, blood orange, some zesty aspects, sugary, caramel malty background. Taste is sweet-ish, sugary, caramel malty and minimally dry, papery, citrusy hoppy, notes of mandarine, a touch of blood orange. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, soft carbonation, slightly warming, alcoholic finish. Too sweet and sugary, tacky, rather unfresh hop. Could be done better.

Buddel: Hazy, reddish-amber coloured, big and slowly collapsing rocky off-white head, moderate to solid nose of sweet pale and toasted malt with a distinctive bitter background of herbal to grapefruity hops; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, almost full bodied, a bit tart; lingering piney and malty finish. Not bad at all...

She’s a real bitter one. High on the ibus. Fairly clean bitterness though, good malt body to almost balance the intense bitterness. Graeff hamburg
