Nature is full of great collaborations. Take plants and pollinators for example - a symbiotic relationship that gives us fruits, vegetables and of course, honey. Although Stone and Deschutes have origins on near-opposite ends of the West Coast, our backyards are brought together in this hazy IPA brewed with equal parts Oregon blackberry honey and California orange blossom honey. A craft beer crosspollination, now available across the nation. Ain’t that sweet?

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is piney hops, soft herbal and floral notes, malt, grapefruit, pine resin, hints of honey and marmalade. Bitter flavour with a mild sweetness. Medium body. Pine upfront, more West Coast than 'Hazy IPA'.

Magus, humalane, tsitrus, vesine, kuiv. Ilmselt mitte liiga värske, aga üldiselt ok.

Can, thanks a lot Fin! Light hazy deep golden vigorous carbonation, off-white foam. Apricot and passion fruit aroma. Medium body, somewhat fizzy, dry, light minerals, hint of a funky Belgian note, honey, fruity and flowery hops, bitter light resiny pine and grass finish. Fun.

473ml can. Almost clear, orange, dark golden colour, but lots of very tiny floaters, average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head on top. Piney, resinous and citrusy fruity, minimally floral, hoppy as well as sweet-ish, pale and caramel malty aroma, notes of tangerine, orange, orange peel, some grapefruit peel, a touch of kumquat, honey, pollen. Taste is piney and citrusy fruity, minimally floral hoppy, pale and caramel malty backbone with little residual sweetness, notes of orange, bitter orange, some grapefruit, a minimally oaty touch, a touch of honey brings additional, still rather subtle sweetness, light citrusy tartness as well; lingering, almost a bit pungent, bitter hoppy finish. Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, soft, carbonation. Well balanced, quite hoppy, but cannot deny its West Coast provenance (despite wheat and oat usage): quite bitter and piney, neither really juicy nor tropical fruity, not actually hazy - good nevertheless.
