For lovers of brown ales, we offer something slightly different. This beer is malt focused with hops taking an extreme back seat. Very light butterscotch sweetness up front, but that quickly fades to a biscuity dryness on the back end.

5oz pour at brewery. Dark brown, opaque, ring of beige head. Aroma is sweet, cola, prunes. Taste is also sweet , dry as well. Not finding any peated malt here. Taste more like a straight up brown ale.

Smoked peat like old ABC world news at a campfire on Scotland. Some malt. Dark maroon pour without much head. Smooth finish. Tap at brewpub.
