An easy-to-drink American-style session IPA. Brewed with 100% Irish malt for a pale, very clean base; layered with Mosaic hops, famous for their ever-changing fruity aroma. The flavour is fruity hops with aromas of blueberry, passionfruit, and grapefruit. Well balanced, with a mild lingering bitter finish.

Canned 330ml. -from Ipertosano Pradamano (Udine). Unclear darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, citrusy and light floral nose. Citrusy, bready, floral, light herbal and touch of grapefruit with bitterish sweetish finish.

Very mild to bland IPA. Okay body and carbonation. One and done.
Update from a can dash aromas are slightly old resin, citrus, malt and MJ. Flavors are similar to nose and MJ comes on even stronger. Much better in the can than draft.

Pours a slightly pale golden, quite hazy. Medium sized, nicely frothy white head; shows pretty good retention and lacing. Quite good intensity in a relatively simple aroma: slightest crackery malty backbone, dry floral hops with grapefruit notes and a hint of zestiness with a bit of resinous feel on the back of things. Taste notes follow the aroma quite closely: there's a bit more resinous/piney feel than the smell suggested, but also a slightly unpleasant sirupy/sweetish reminiscence in the aftertaste. Doesn't feel too sweet though and actually still leans a bit towards bitterness in the overall balance. Light to medium bodied, average to high carbonation felt too heavy/full (i would describe it as a dense, small bubbled carbonation); drinks much less easily than expected for a session ipa. Overall: ok but not impressive in terms of aroma and flavour, a few minor flaws and a quite heavy per style mouthfeel. Still decent but far from satisfying. Second beer i have from this brewery and both were quite mediocre, guess i'll skip them in the future.

Keg halfpint at Graingers, Dublin. Pale golden colour, white head. Zesty and citrussy aroma and flavour, light bodied but good. Might well sample again.

Draft. Hazy golden beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light pine linger with light not-malt.

Tap. Golden color wirh white head. Aroma of malt with clear hoppy bitterness. Taste is hop centered, with grapefruits, zest, light pines, some minerality,. Not great, not terrible.
