Bottle. Slightly hazy golden color with big white head. Aroma is grassy, tropical fruits, pear, blueberries - Mosaic used the right way! Taste is grassy, a touch earthy hopspice, pale malts, crisp, a touch strawy/vegetal as well, though (unfortunately). Medium carbonation with a mineralic touch. A delight, but the strawiness irritates me a bit.

Fläschla: Hazy, golden with a greenish sheen, small but stable and lacy white head; bitter-sweet nose of floral to grapefruity hops, pale malt underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy, but all in all still soft; lingering dryish bitter and pale malty finish, dry lemony-grapefruity aftertaste. A pleasure...

(bottle, 33cl) Almost clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Fresh, mainly fruity hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit, citrus, also hints of grass and shades of flowery accents. Moderately bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a mildly crisp carbonation. Dry pale malt character with present fruity and slightly grassy hops, including distinctive notes of grapefruit, lingering into a dry and moderately hop bitter finish. Nice and refreshing. 25.I.17
