Utopian’s take on the classic 19th century Vienna Keller uses British grown Vienna and Munich malts in a traditional decoction mash to develop the deep bready malt flavours which are balanced by the light fruity spice notes from the British Boadicea hops.

Bottle. Cloudy orange/copper with a lovely white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast, grains, bread, oranges and lemons. Taste follows aroma very nicely. Moderate bitterness with a slightly dry finish. Medium carbonation. A real good one.

Can from Darts Farm near Exeter. Glowing copper-orange with a thick cream-coloured head and a light fizz. Tastes of orange marmalade on wholemeal toast - but a really light fresh orange marmalade, not one of the darker ones. A little grass follows in the slightly dry and lightly bitter finish. Lovely beer, easily the best I've tried of this style.
