330ml can from Beer52 subscription box. Pours a murky brown with moderate sized beige head. Ok, not that black but does leave a nice creamy looking top once settled. Aroma of light roasted notes, burnt caramel, berries. Taste is malty, caramel, light roast, citrus, light grapefruit. Light to moderate body, slight stickiness on palate. Its quite a pleasant mellow Black IPA, has a nice sessionable quality to it. However assuming its a one off can edition then I would have liked a bit more intensity in the flavours.

Can from Beer52. Murky brown with a light tan head. Chocolate with blackberries, brown sugar and and a hint of pine. Felt closer to a porter than a black IPA. Pleasant enough.

330ml can via Beer52: BBE May 2022. Drank at home on 21st August 2021, my final beer of the day. Dirty brown body, tanned topping. Malty nose and taste, liked it. Semi-sweet malty molasses toy with some light hop bitterness, one of the better Black IPA's I've had so far.

[33cl can from Beer52.] An opaque peaty brown pour with a billowing, foamy cream coloured head; roasted malt aroma; sweet, nutty taste with a malty body; and a light floral bitterness that catches the back of the throat. Disappointing.

Rocky off white head left a creamy cover on a still brown body. Malt, pine & berry aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & clean. Citrus, pine, resin, herbal & malt tastes with a bitter hoppy finish. Standard stuff.

Can from Beer 52. Pours a murky chocolate brown with a small cream head. Cola and chocolate in the nose. In the mouth there is cola and some lemon overlaying malts and caramel. Finish is still cola. Nice enough, but I was expecting more hoppiness.
