Cerveza artesanal estilo India Pale Lager. Esta cerveza combina la fuerza del amargor de una Indian Pale Ale con la suavidad de una American Lager, es de apariencia limpia y brillante con una espuma blanca y persistente. Aromas intensos a mango, durazno, cítricos como naranja y toronja, el cuerpo es ligero, con un sabor ligeramente picante y con un final seco refrescante.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, hops, fruits and has a light bitter finish.

Bottle @Saxo. Clear golden, offwhite head. Mild malty and citrusy aroma. Malty, citrusy flavour, light peppery notes.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 200321

12oz bottle at El Grifo; gushed. Sad face. Then a mostly clear corn color, frothy white head. Nose has malt, corn, grist, grass, herbs. Flavor is ok, a little couch, corn, grist, straw. Finishes light, some pith. 6 2 6 2 9

A golden lager with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light resinous notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.
