Die Weisse hell ist ein naturtrübes Weissbier, in der Bügelverschluss-Flasche abgefüllt und ein zweites Mal nachvergoren (Flaschengärung).
Dieses bernsteinfarbene Weissbier wird aus drei verschiedenen österreichischen Malzsorten gebraut.
Die hauseigene obergärige Hefe verleiht der hellen Weissen eine sanfte Fruchtnote und eine schaumige Krone. Der Hallertauer Hopfen gibt die nötige Bittere.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Simple but good looking label. Cloudy flat orange golden with a nearly two finger white foamy head in the glass. Orange, yeast and clove on the nose. Taste starts also fruity, orange and banana, wheat and yeast in the second row. Hints of clove and sulfur. Little bit dry. Below average carbonated. Nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy to cloudy orange with a creamy white head. Aroma: sour wheat with light banana. Odd nose & not very appealing. Taste: moderate sweet & light bitter, biscuit malt & wheat, again a sour-ish note. Medium body with fluffy carbonation.

Bottle at home, 11th July 2021, watching England and Italy Football final. Pours a golden off clear beer, large white head. Aroma is yeast, sweet, hay, banana and spice. Taste is banana, esters, yeast, clove, light spice. Lovely

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy, gold to orange colored. AROMA- apricot, spicy, clove, wheat, vanilla. FLAVOR- just slightly sweet, slightly sour and slightly bitter, apricot, clove, spicy, wheat. Medium bodied. Good.

BB 12.09.2020. orange murky color, small white head. smells spices, cloves, tobacco, bit peachy, bit peppery, ripe fruits, light marzipan. nice smell. medium body, pearly carbonation. tastes tobacco, cloves, earthy, peppery, spices, bit soapy, yeasty. finishes dry and lightly bitter with notes of tobacco, yeast and some peppery notes. nice one overall, but also a bit on the dry / pepper side. Overall good one.
