Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of cardboard, phenols, and brettanomyces. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, lacto acid, and caramel, leading to a tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy amber with a lacing off-white head. Massive gusher. Thick, sour lactic acid in the nose. Medium body, lactic acid and nothing else. Another mess from Brewbaker. 270413

Herb-karamelliger Beginn mit seichter Bitterkeit. Im Mittelteil auch kurz säuerlich wirkend, was aber wohl von der Bitterkeit kommt. Leichte süßliche Fruchtigkeit, ausgewogen. 10/11/11/11/9/11

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty grainy caramel flavor with grassy hints. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel finish.

Beer No. 29 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
swing top bottle 500ml. - at the Brewbaker. Hazy amber coloured, medium sized white head, brewing cereals and light caramel in the nose. Acidic sweet malty taste with notes of fruits and light spices. Low alcohol presence. Pretty unbalanced beer.

Draught. Orange brown with a thin head. Fruity acidic aroma. Taste of sweet orange and malt. Has a tangy feel on the tongue. Little bit gassy

From tap at the brewpub. Pours almost clear, golden red to orange with a lacing white head. Sweet fruity and caramel malt aroma. Sweet initial flavour, light spiced and towards liqourice in base flavour. Finish is light spiced and lingering fruity.
