Tap at Moosburg. Murky banana green. Green, melon, cold, pear, stone fruit, kiwi. Front heavy, edgy, creamy. Fruit salad. Drinkable.

Drunk at Lake Iseo, first day. Lightly hazy orange with moderate head. Citrus nose, grain-and-mandarine on the tongue. Slim body but pretty tasty, nice session beer!

Pale gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma an unusual but tropical mango/lemon mix. Taste is mildly bitter throughout. Body to the light side of medium, chalky, dry, moderate carbonation. Halfway refreshing. Ok.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is grassy hop with citrus, soft pale malt, some lemon. Modest bitterness, lightly sweet. Light body, bit watery. Goes down easy, but overall a rather fleeting experience.

Optisch trüb, fruchtig in Base und Trunk, hopfig, leicht butterig, sehr wässrig, spät bitter. Naja.

Paul straw yellow with slight haze. Stable 1cm head. Earthy, hoppy, slightly metallic nose. Some citrus. Pepper. Mild but present body on the palette. Citrus. A bit thin, mild and watery. Session beer doesn't have to be like this. Well rounded but a bit inoffensive. I'm a fan of hoppe but they dumb their beers down a bit too much for the natives. A bit more gutsy would be great. One where I don't have to use the word mild.

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy golden with a dense, white head. Fruity, piney nose. Thin body, yeasty, citrusy and seemingly somewhat oxidized. Subdued bitterness. 020823

330 ml bottle. Unclear pale yellow, small foamy head. Lemon, pine, grassy hops. Hoppy bitterness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy finish. Okay!
