Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at FdB Köln 2017. Murky, pinkish red with a white layer. Sourish-fruity aroma of elderberries, raspberries and some strawberry. Moderately sour, very fruity taste of elderberries, raspberries and some strawberry, followed by a short, moderately tart finish. Thin to medium body, moderately astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

From bottle at FdBK Cologne 2017. Fresh smooth beginning. The sourness of the fruit corresponds great to the sourish beer, very sour fruit with a great smooth sourish fruity aftertaste. Nice sourish refreshing.

Sampled @ Festival der Bierkulturen Köln 2017. 33cl bottle. Trübes rötlich pinkes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen Himbeeren, minimal säuerlich, spritzig, hefig. Geschmack ist spritzig säuerlich fruchtig, Himbeeren, reife, trocken, leicht holzig, lecker.

Red with white head. Aroma is grapes, chalk, blackberry. Taste is sour with a fruity sweet touch and some malt. Medium bubbly, nice.

Bottle. Hazy red-purpleish color with huge white head. Aroma is berry skin, brett, funky, elderflowers. Taste is berries, lacto, elderflowers again, fizzy carbonation. Tart finish. Nice and balanced.
