0,33l bottle at home courtesy of Saeglopur, big thanks. BB date not identifiable. orange cloudy color, small fast disolving white head. smells earthy, grassy, citric, some stone fruits, bit musty, plums, some hay. nice smell. medium body, pearly carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, spices, light sugary notes, some stone fruits, nice funk, citric, lightly herbal. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, citric and earthy notes. very nice one, very very good to drink, great balance, smooth, nice amount of funk. quite on the fizzy side (which I usually like anyway).

14-07-18 // bottle shared at Mon Petit Cafe Stuttgart. Schneeeule Showcase Abend mit Brauerin. Unclear yellowish, small bubbles. Citrus peel, hints of fruits. Nice aciditiy and funkyness.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Aroma is light yeast, lemon peel. Body is light, very citric and fruity, with a strong fizzy carbonation. Palate stays fruity but is rather dry. Champagne-like. Good!

Aroma is gooseberries, chalk grapes apple. Taste is sour, fizzy tablet, champagne. Nice.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Trübes leuchtend goldenes Bier. Geruch säuerlich fruchtig, helle Früchte, steinobst. Geschmack sehr sauer, helle Früchte, trocken, Kraut.

Dark yellow, hazy body, with a medium, frothy, white head.
Aroma of sour citrus, barnyard, stone fruits, unripe pears, green apples.
Tastes quite similar, with more, also slightly sweet fruit notes.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes sour, a bit dry, fruity, citric, with some minerals.
Very nice. Fresh, easy and very fruity, while also with enough depth and diverse sour notes. Lovely, characterful stuff.

Stark karbonisierter Antrunk. Fruchtig säuerlich zum Mittelteil, spritzig, mild Honig. Fruchtig bleibend, die Karbonisierung stört zum Ende leicht. Vollmundig, gut. 11/12/8/12//12

Bottle. Hazy orange color with hardly any head. Aroma is bretty, wheat, berries. Taste is lacto, berries, aggressively tart. Fizzy carbonation. Very nice!
