This cider was made with several old variety apples; handpicked and fermented spontaneously. It was then blended with the second use Gorsem cherries that were previously used for our lambic blends.

Lovely apple character with a very nice hint of cherries. Intriguing tartness I haven’t really had in a cider before. Very much like it and I suspect it’s due to the cherries.

0,375l from bottle at Sanders, shared by Sander, big thanks. Bottled 30.01.2021. Reddish color, small pink head. Smells green apples, funky, oak, cherries, marzipan, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of cherries, citric, grassy, marzipan, some apples, light sweetness, light oak. Finishes lightly dry with notes of apples, cherries and marzipan. Very very nice one,
