From tap @ TapHouse. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, eggy and light cornish. Bitter, grassy and light cornish flavoured. Bitter and dry finish.

50 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour with a dense, white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, grains, pale malts, light herbal hops and citrus. Taste is light sweet. Medium body, average carbonation. Finishes rather dry for a Helles, grasses and herbal hops, a sweet, malty almost perfurmed note. Nice Helles.

(Keg at Dicker Mann, Regensburg, 20130513) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grain, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A flawless but thin helles.

Bottled (from mein-biershop.de). Golden colour, small head. Aroma is malts, some bready notes as well as floral and grassy hops with some herbal notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Mellow, yet tasty and refreshing. Suits chevre cheese very well.
