SWING-TOP 50CL as „Eichbaum Weissbier Hell” at 5,2%. Murky grayish-amber, big crazy head. Some weizen fruitiness, but more like cooked vegetables. The taste, having that wheaty tartness, vaguely resembles a hefeweizen. Apart from that, it lacks the fruit or spice, as well as that bready sweetness - just the papery flavour of nothingness.

Jun. ’15. A 0.5 l can that poured hazy yellow orange body with medium sized head. Sweetish, fine banana and vanilla aroma. Flavor was lightly sweet too, with tasty banana, coriander, vanilla and light spiciness. Pleasant amount of yeast, too, making it smooth on palate. Medium bodied with moderate wheaty finish. A nice surprise after their boring schwarzbier. Pleasant German wheat ale.

Hazy yellow with little white head. Aroma is not much, typical weizen with some mustiness. Taste is a little too sour but ok. Overall ok.

Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is ripe bananas, estery, jammy. Taste is green, milky yeasts, not too intense. A bit too estery, it feels a bit off. A bit musty. Not excellent, a bit too green for my palate.

Canned 500ml. -from local Billa. Cloudy orange coloured, medium sized white head, mild wheaty nose. Malty, wheaty, light caramel and touch of banana with mild bready notes. Dry sweetish finish. Not bad for industrial beer and really great value for the money. Dirty cheap- 4.44kn or less than 60 euro cents.

Billa. Shared with heavy. Muddy appearance, white head. Creamy, banana aroma. Creamy banana taste, not too sweet, countered by a caramelly note and perhaps some vague herbal notes but completely covered with the rest. Actually tastier than expected!
