Bottle: Hazy, pale-golden to golden, bigger - slowly collapsing - firm white head; ripe bananas and cloves in the sweetish-sourish nose; light to moderate sweet-sour flavour with a citrussy tartness, light to medium bodied, silky MF; soft finish followed by a very light sourish tartness in the aftertaste. Pleasant Weizen.....

Bottle 500ml. @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Hazy medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Bottle, 5.0%. Mild banana aroma, faint bubble gum note. Cloudy bright orange colour. OK stable white head. The flavour is also quite mild, has the same characteristics as the aroma. OK yeast note in the finish.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and dense foamy white head. Slightly dusty and moderately sweet wheat-malty nose with citrus, banana and a milky touch. Moderately sweet and slightly acidic flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty, slightly milky and minimal papery taste with a rather restrained fruit-character; sweet and mildly sour wheaty finish with light clovy spice. 14.XII.09

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with light notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and wheat, leading to a lightly bitter finish.
