33cl Bottle from REWE Stenten. Clear amber colour, white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, lots of aspartame, cabbage. Flavour is medium sweet, aspartame, grapefruit, hint of toast, pine, Sinaspril, minerals, earthy liquorice root, bitter finish. Light bodied. Meh..

Pours orange gold from the bottle and leaves a frothy head. Aroma is grapefruit, a bit floral with a light caramel malt undertone. All in all quite inviting. The taste starts lightly honey sweet, grounded by mint and tea, with the caramel malts lurking rather in the background. The finish is bitter, and leaves a light candy sweetness lingering on the lips. By mid-bottle the beer turns sweeter, with a noticeable peach note to balance the bitter end. Medium bodied, quite dry, with an average carbonation for the style. Refreshing. Good stuff.

Clear nutty color with a nice thick tan head. Good lacing. Mild citric, caramel malty and mild fruity aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Moderate sweet and a good bitterness. A bit dry ending. Caramel malt dominated flavor. Also a bit fruity and mild citric. Decent ok ale. But I hope for a better hop profile.
