(Draft at Foersters Feine Biere, Steglitz, Berlin, 15 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, buttery malt, herbs and hay. Malty taste with bread, grass, hay and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Harmonious and well balanced. Nice one.

Klare goldgelbe Farbe; mittelporige, relativ stabile Schaumkrone. in der Nase würzig, Helles Malz und blumiger Hopfen, im Hintergrund fruchtig-säuerliche Aromen. Im Geschmack rund, malzig, Honig, etwas Süße, leicht würzig, schlanker bis mittlerer Körper, präsente Hopfenbittere. Nicht ganz mein Bierstil, aber definitiv gut gemacht.

Tap at HopDog 5th birthday. Clear golden. Grainy, dusty, sour, hay. Full, fluffy, soft, crunchy, creamy, bubblegum bitterness. Hmmm... like.

500 ml swing top bottle purchased at the Munich airport duty free shop. The pour is a clear golden, with a two inch foamy white head that is very lasting. Eventually it falls with lace. The aroma is herbal, honey, soft lemon citrus and bready malt. The taste is the herbal, honey malt, earth, a touch of the citrus and finishes with more herbal.The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation, an unfiltered mouth feel and an herbal mineral finish. Solid.

From tap at Rittmayer-Keller am Kreuzberg. Aroma is grainy with hay, light bread, and a hint of grassy hops. Flavour is light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is almost medium. Crisp with hoppy hints, quite drinkable. *** Revisit, bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord.
