In schönstem goldgelb erstrahlt der helle Weiherer Bock im Glas. Im Geruch kräftig malzig mit Honignoten, setzt sich dieser Eindruck auch im Antrunk fort. Die Malzsüße steht im Vordergrund, auch die Honignoten sind im Geschmack deutlich zu erkennen – ein voller Körper mit Weiherer Charme. Eine gute Portion Hopfen rundet das vollmundige Bockbier ab, das mit leicht wärmender Wirkung auch bereits dreimal die Jury beim European Beer Star überzeugt hat.

Bottle.Hazy brown colour with medium white head.Aroma is mild spicey with note of cloves and coriander mild light sweet mouth feels and easy to drink.

From tap at Zapfhahn in Bamberg 05.08.21. Clear golden. White head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of noble hop, succade and pilsner malt. Very drinkable! Sweet malt and a hint of spices in aftertaste.

Gold with a fleeting, frothy head. Aroma of spice, leafy herbs. Taste is mildly bitter with a dash of clove at the end. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Simple. Decent, but nothing special.

500 ml bottle. Unclear dark golden, fluffy head. Honey, coriander, clove, some metallic notes, banana, light citrus. Fruity sweetness, light metallic bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry sweetish finish. A very unusual Heller Bock, a lot of notes which reminds on a Belgian Blonde.

Bottle drunk with a tasty grilled November dinner. Orangey straw with a thin head, caramel honey malt aroma. Sweet on the tongue but not as deathly candy-like as some Heller Bock I've had. Nice caramel malt complexity with the right mix of spicy hop bitterness, the aftertaste is more beer bitterness than cotton candy.

Tap at the brewery. Rich, grainy malt nose, bit of grassy hops. Estery peaches and oranges. Sweet and estery orange and peach flavor, peppery, nice bitterness. Ok.

Beautiful light amber color, dense head. Malty cookie dough aroma. Malty flavor, full bodied. Caramel and cookie dough. Just a touch of roasted malt. Sweet, but the sweetness is matched by some complexity. Good quality bock.
