Cask at the place. Dark brown color creamy offwhite to tan head fading after a while. Flavor kind of fruity with berries, earth, leaves, a citrusy note. Thin body flattish taste, finish has toffee and toasted notes.

On tap at B Locale, Milano. Dark brown with off white head. Malty, some chocolate, caramel, somewhat bland. Sweetish. Light to medium bodied.

Handpump @Drunken Duck (Quinto V. - Italy). Misty pale amber, irregular ivory foam with good retention. Nose: nutty hints with some strange feel of ripped (or rotten) cherries. Mouth is empty, really...ok it is a mild but still. There is even an hard to describe funky think. Perhaps I have not picked the aim of the brewer in this mild, although I am a huge fun of the style.

Bottiglia @ Golosaria 2016, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una sufficiente resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è media. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio, praticamente somigliante al colore del whisky. Il corpo è medio. L’amaro è moderato, a cui va ad aggiungersi una traccia di umami. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l’aroma racconta di sentori di caramello, miele, cereali e fiori.
