Poured from 750mL bottle @ Weathered 2023. Hazy blonde gold with minimal white head. Dry and oaky with a touch of brett.

Pour is a blonde with a huge white head. Aroma is all things brett yeast funk. Flavor is more funk, a bone dry malt and a honey finish. Lots of carbonation on the tongue. This was a fine bretty saison.

Hazy blond colour. Bone dry, with strong Brett character, leading to final astringency, not as funky or complex as other Holy Mountain Saisons can be.

750ml from Firefly at Andrey's shared with Ash and Alex. Appearance: hazy straw with a huye white head. Aroma: nice Brett and fruity notes similar to grapes, some sweetness. Taste: along the same lines with fruity and peppery notes, kind of a mix of Belgian and American Saisons 30/70. Overall: good one.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large foamy head. Aroma of rustic malt notes with some light funky notes as well as herbal notes. Taste is also a mix of herbal notes with some rustic malt and some light funky notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable season but was expecting a bit more complexity.

I can't imagine how many times I passed this up, thinking that I'd had it before. Pours with a slight haze, and a fairly thick head. On the nose, the pale malts are bright, plump and prominent, alongside a mellow brettiness. There's herbaceous continental hops in there as well, and some yeastiness. Dry, yeasty and bretty on the palate. Moderate bitterness. The pale malts are leaner on the palate. The bottle is nine months old and the brett is definitely having an impact. Dry, herbal, and with a classic saison quality. This is excellent stuff.
