Triple IPAs need some serious hops to rise up over their thick malty bases. With Trip Hazard, we did our best to let each part of this tapestry shine through.
We started with Amarillo and Simcoe in the boil to build a rich grapefruit canvas. A double dry-hop of Simcoe, Talus and Millennium gave us this tropical fruit overload, with lychee and papaya coming forth in juicy waves accompanied by subtle hints of spruce.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some toffee and mild nectary notes. Flavour is fruity, nectary tones with some mild alcohol with some slight spicy tones. Tasty, and alcohol suits this ones flavour profile perfectly.

Can picked up at Væskebalancen - Valby and drunk during Denmark v Belgium - very hazy golden orange with a white head, Big punchy fruity with mango and papaya, lychee, melon, juicy pulpy nectarines, citrus rind, medium sweet with creamy soft malts, hop spice with some floral and piney hoppy accents throughout, tasty and drinks well below its 9.5% abv, lovely.
