Baltic Brew has been made with one percent desalinated Baltic Sea water. Why one percent? Well, even though 70% of the planet’s surface is covered with water, only one percent of that water is easily accessible fresh water. We added one percent desalinated water as a way to honour and include the Baltic Sea itself in the project.

500ml can kindly shared by Finn. A creamy white head over a misty grey-golden body, clingy lacing. Pale malty nose, citric scent to it. Mixed taste of noble hops and bread-like malts. Malt-fruity finish. Fair enough. (Session at Finn's place, Tromsø 21.07.2022).

Delt med Rune på Nerstranda. Varm gylden. Nesten klar. Middels høyt tett skum som daler sakte. Lett fruktig aroma. Smaken korn & gress. Lett søtlig bitter avslutning.

Can 0.5 at home, Nivala. Enjoyed straight from the can. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, grain and malts. Nothing special.
