Our first foray into American hops, produced an extra pale, zesty little number. Hooped with predominantly Cashmere and Cascade hops.

Bottle ordered from the brewery. A clear bottle - do they think they're Greene King? Aroma is grainy, earthy. Develops citrus and underlying egg. Clear copper gold. Thin frothy foamy white head. Light bitter. Sweet edged sour citrus streak - makes me think of lemonade. Malts into the finish. Light bodied. Thin if slick. Fizzy carbonation. A hoppy Golden Ale, which I guess is an IPA - English. It's alright.

Calls itself an IPA, but I'm not so sure - but it has a tiger on the label, so it must be! Pours a clear, deep straw, with a bubbly white head, and a mellow aroma of sweet, waxed lemons. Has an initial sharp, bitter kick, which mellows out, with lemon and floral flavours predominating, and a moderately carbonated but light mouthfeel
