beautiful funky nose with Sansho and citrus character. The nose is wonderful. Modestly tart, tons of Sansho. Just love the balance of funky Sansho and citrus. Excellent

Cheers KyotoLefty! Nara Ripened Saison Harvested Hop & Sansho 6% Matte gold with a floral perfumery Sansho character to it. The aroma on close whiff kind of reminds me of sweet tarts. Medium bodied and silky smooth. The taste is sweet but softly tart. Interesting and tasty.

750 ml bottle. Nose is sansho, oak, lemon, grapefruit, slightly perfume-like. Hazy gold with a low head. Tart, slightly funky flaovr, sansho, oak, tanni9c finish, lots of citrus. There is a lot of sansho in here, and it was off-putting at first, but I grew to enjoy it, though not as much as the yamamomo one.

Lovely stuff. Nice sourness, with a little prickle from the sansho. Rounded sweetness with the tartness. Lovely stuff
