Een cadeautje in een fles, heerlijk zacht en moutig bier met een flinke kick door het paradijszaad en de gember die we eraan hebben toegevoegd. De subtiele toevoeging van talus- en cascadehop vullen met hun tonen van grapefruit en tropisch fruit de specerijen perfect aan.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Ginger aroma. Touch of caramel. Taste is bitter with lingering ginger spice. Simple in the end—if there’s anything else under there, the ginger does a good job of masking it. Body stays fairly light, moderate carbonation. Drinkable.

33cl bottle from Jumbo supermarket in Stein, Netherlands. F: medium, egg-white, good retention. C: deep gold, light hazy. A: malty, ginger, fruity, bit caramel. T: medium malty base, fruity, ginger, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, grapefruits, ok for ginger beer, enjoyed.

Bottle, 6.2%. Distinct ginger and light caramel aroma. Hazy light copper colour. Small white head. The flavour has a light caramel note, some ginger. A little sweetness or maltiness, but not too much. Better than expected and good for the style.

Bottle. Slight hazy golden. Lots of ginger indeed, bready malts, light spices, a hint of lime. Medium sweet and bitter. Crisp body. Not bad.

Flesje thuis gedronken. Helder goudgeel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Aroma ban gember. Smaak van mout en gember en iets zoetig. De smaak van de gember blijft even hangen.

33cl Fles. Donker goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Vooral veel gember, ginger ale, hint van paradijszaad, wat passievrucht, bittere finish. Lichte body. Ik hou wel van gember.

Bottle 33cl. from a local AH supermarket @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Ginger nose. Slightly unclear medium golden colour, mid-sized frothy white head, thick layer remains, half-way lasting, good lacing. Fruity aroma, mainly ginger, lemonadish, bubblegum, herbal hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, ginger, lemon, white pepper notes. Below medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, soft dry sweetbitter aftertaste, chalky notes, ginger and pepper on the tongue, nice balance of sweetness and spiciness, very nice.

Fles gekregen van Roelzie thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een gember achtige geur. De smaak is moutig, zoet en gember achtig.
