This can is coming from Amstein, trying it, three days ago, at Epalinges, on the balcony. An interesting ipa free of gluten, creamy, bready, fruity, correct bitterness, citrus, good one, enjoying a normal and rather fresh day, 19.08.22

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a decent white cap. Aroma is resinous pine, sticky sap, biscuity malts, orang rind, hockey puck. Flavour is composed of base malts, light chalky mineral, piney hop, sap, sticky orange, resin, hint of varnish. Drying mineral finish. Palate is light, chalky, moderate carbonation, little thin. Decent enough.

On tap at La Fine Mousse Bar, Paris, Friday 2nd September 2022 and part of a food and beer pairing meal, Loz had this with Chou-Fleur Rôti caviar d'aubergine au chocolate blanc, sablé de parmesan. Pours gold, hazy with a white head, fruity clean, hoppy some peachiness, nice hoppiness on finish, it's good.
