Tap @ Boulder Theater. Glowing red orange appearance with a foamy white head. Bready, citrus hoppy nose. Bready, slightly woody, moderately citrusy hoppy, sweet malty flavor. Great session beer.

Tap @ Peoria bar and grill, Denver. Pours deep golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of grassy and floral hops, bready malt. Taste is very much like aroma. Thin body, weak carbonation. 060311

On tap at the Admirals Club Lounge in the Dallas-FW Airport. It pours a golden yellow with a thick white head. The nose is fairly subtle; I mostly get pine, hay and citrus fruits. The taste is smooth, with pine, tangy lemon, orange peel, lime, bread and a little honey-sweetness. It’s fairly easy to drink, but I find it quite boring.

Draught. Clear, golden body with a fluffy, good sized head. Fairly hoppy nose full of cascade hops. Some light grains and very light caramel sweetness is noticeable as well. The body is fairly light and crisp with healthy carbonation and a light weight on the tongue. The flavor is mild and crisp, with light sweetness and a fairly substantial bitterness. Tasty and enjoyable and a good go to beer at the local Apple Bee’s.

On tap. Poured a clear deep amber with a white head that laced a bit. Aroma had grass and a bit of citrus that combined with a bread note from the malts. Flavor was similar with a nice combination of grass and bread. Quite drinkable.

West 3rd Common ($3 pint): Pours an orange/amber color with a loose, bubbly white head. Aroma of malts and some nice hops action. Heavy malt undertones, but with moderate hopping. Some citrus flavors shine through. Very smooth, very sessionable, but with enough complexity of flavor that allows you to savor every sip.

Never rated before this before playing some catch up. Had on draft at some taco place in the inner harbour in maryland. Sierra Nevada is really good for how mass produced it is. Hoppy and refreshing with good backnbone.
