Bottle at home. Aroma is floral, spicy and herbal, orange, light malt, touch of juniper. Flavour is moderate sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Surprisingly good floral herbal Saison, well balanced, one of the better Pochpoater beers I’ve tried so far.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Hotel Room tasting ] - DSG Crew room, Woerden, Netherlands. [ As Pochpoater Woagstukke French Saison ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, herbs, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, pale malt, wheat, floral, herbs, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160923] 6-3-6-3-12

schenkt helder licht geel/gouden met enorme witte kraag. aroma van zeep, citrus, gras, fris, kruidig, koriander, floraal. smaken zitten ook vol van co2, matig zoet, zacht/glad, licht bitter, iets zuurder dan bitter, gras, fris, alcohol, wat zepig, redelijk kruidig, matige body, lange kruidige en zure afdronk, wat voor de zomermaanden, nu niet.. --- Beer merged from original tick of Woagstukke on 15 May 2018 at 16:00 - Score: 6

[9/23/16] Bottle sample at hotel room tasting in Woerden. Thanks everyone for sharing! Yellow with a white head. Aroma is spicy, earthy, floral, with some fruitiness. Slightly sweetish flavor, with a tart hint, floral, some fruitiness, spicy finish.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at Best Western Woerden. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a white head. Fruity-grassy, slightly spicy aroma of lemon, grapefruit and fresh grass. Slightly bitter, a little yeasty-spicy, fruity-grassy taste of lemon peel, grapefruit, pineapple and fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry and a little yeasty-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice!

Bottle shared at hotelroom tasting after Borefts Beer Festival Day 1. Lightly hazy yellow color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, green plants, fairly bitter. Aroma is a little bit better than the flavor, which I don’t like at all. Fizzy carbonation, average body. -- Rerate January 26th 2017, would rate it a bit higher now. 6-3-6-2-10=2.7. I’ve got a cold though, maybe it’s that.
