Imported German 2-row barley and Roy Farms Adeena hops give this German-style pils its crisp, clean character. Warning: this beer's subtle grain sweetness, spicy hop aroma and refreshingly dry, hop-forward finish may elicit a spontaneous Prost!

Draft at brewery. A very serviceable pils. A little thicker and not crisp. But not sweet or too malty. Very low hops, could use more of a noble hop bite.

[3/1/15] Draught at Stoup Brewing in Seattle. Clear yellow. Aroma of grains and a bit of grassy hops. Sweetish flavor with bready malt and decent grassy hops. Quite light-bodied.

Draft pour at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color b with a mostly absent aroma. Grainy straw flavor, but pretty refreshing. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Bland pilsner, but not bad.
