How did the beer get its name? Let's just say I can't see mirabelles anymore after sorting for days at the ideal ripeness to make this beer.

Magnum bottle shared at Station 1280, Antwerp. Amber hazy color, small white head. smells peaches, flowery, stone fruits, jammy. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes stone fruits, earthy, grassy, peppery, lactic. Finishes rather dry and medium sour stone fruits, lactic and peppery notes. Very good one, rather on the sour side though, for me a tad too sour.

Small white head, very bubbled orangeyish golden beer. Peach, plums - no doubt the mirabelles. Bit of solvent. More peach, and plums, yellow fruit, straw. Light body, feels better carbonated than it looks. Bit severe, but pleasing.

From bottle at MBCC 2022. Poured yellow in color. White head. Apricotty dry fruity, quite funky nose. Turns slighhtly sweeter towards finish. Elegant.

Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Nice fruity and almost honey soured notes. Soured caramel and some funk. Complex and nice.
