On a flight from San Francisco to Seattle (USA), can. Rich gold pour semi clear, tick off-white head pretty stable. Nose: very resinous, pine forest, some citric too. Very nice. Mouth: tangerine, watery, grassy piney. Aroma was more impressive. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On Tap at Prefunk, Boise Clear light golden with a hint of orange. Modest soapy off-white head. Light slightly toasted malts. Rather dry and light. The hop profile seems rather noble. Almost Pilsneresque. Light sharp spiciness at the end and a distinct late cereal biscuity flavor. Interesting, different for a pale.

On tap at the 12th Man. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a light sweet citrus note with some sweet grains and a touch of bitterness. Flavor has sweet grains and bread with a growing but light citrus note.

Bottle, from the in-laws at Xmas. Sort of forgot about this, otherwise I would have cracked it a month ago… not that it matters once I see the date stamped on the neck… bottled 01/14/13. It’s 25 months old! Pops with plenty of carb, pours a clear copper color and is topped with a thick finger of creamy beige head. Tons of sheet lacing. The nose is lively with floral and pine, a tiny bit of grass. Mostly floral hops in the taste with minimal grassy notes. The malt presence is sturdy, but it doesn’t overshadow the hops. Rating is based on the taste today, wow this has aged gracefully, but I’ll look for this fresh…
