Inspired by the dessert Mango Sticky Rice, this Imperial Sour starts with a hefty dose of puffed Thai Jasmine Rice in the grain bill. Throughout fermentation, the beer is then treated with mango puree, raw coconut, and Madagascar vanilla beans. The ending result was a slightly sour version of the classic Thai dessert.

[ As Moksa Mangos in the Garden ].
ABV: 9.5%. Hazy medium orange colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, fruity malt, candy, mango, sour mango, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, sour mango, vanilla, candy, sweet fruit, mango puree. Body is medium to full, texture is smooth, carbonation is soft. Cloudy gold with almost no head. Candied and sour mango. Slightly sweet mango. Not really sour enough.

Tap@M&F, Copenhagen (21/10/2021) - golden pour with a white head. Tart medium sour fruity with prominent mango, some nice well balanced coconut accents, medium body, tropical tart fruity finish. Lovely.
