Inspired by the dessert Mango Sticky Rice, this Imperial Sour starts with a hefty dose of puffed Thai Jasmine Rice in the grain bill. Throughout fermentation, the beer is then treated with mango puree, raw coconut, and Madagascar vanilla beans. The ending result was a slightly sour version of the classic Thai dessert.
