The stars finally aligned and we were able to get, in our opinion, the two best hops of the past two years. A 6.6 lb per bbl combo of Hop Revolution Farms Nelson Sauvin and hand selected Strata from Indie Hops make this beer what it is. Heavy notes of ripe pineapple and tangerines will dominate your palate.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and rather hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 211021

Tap @M&F. Hazy dark yellow, offwhite head. Pineapple and hazel nut (???) aroma. Pineapple, apple and herbal hops flavour. Juicy with mild hop bite. Lovely.

Pours a hazy, golden-pineapple color, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit and the flavor follows. There's a nice bit of hop bitterness at the finish to round things out. Soft, full mouthfeel. Good stuff.
